  • Arrival in Peru’s capital and transfer to the hotel.
  • Brief introduction to the journey and optional walk in Miraflores.
  • Free evening to rest.
  • On day 2, a deep exploration of the historic centre and the coastal districts of Miraflores and Barranco.
  • Departure along the Pan-American Highway South.
  • Guided visit of the archaeological site and museum of Pachacamac, an ancient pre-Columbian ceremonial centre.
  • Stop in Ica for lunch in a vineyard and pisco tasting.
  • Continuation to Nazca. Night in Nazca.
  • Morning flight over the Nazca Lines.
  • Visit of the ceremonial centre of Cahuachi and the Cantalloc aqueducts.
  • Lunch in Huacachina followed by a sunset dune-buggy excursion.
  • Road to Paracas. Night in Paracas.
  • Boat excursion to the Ballestas Islands, a natural sanctuary home to sea lions and seabirds.
  • Exploration of the Paracas National Reserve, a desert of sand and cliffs plunging into the ocean.
  • Free time to enjoy the seaside.
  • Two nights in Paracas.
  • Return by road to Lima and flight to Arequipa.
  • Check-in at the hotel. Evening stroll and night in Arequipa.
  • A visit to the Santa Catalina Monastery, the San Camilo Market, and the cathedral.
  • Lunch in a traditional picantería.
  • Visit to the Jesuit Church of La Compañía, the cloisters, and the mestizo-barrocan dome of the Church of San Ignacio..
  • Excursion to the sillar quarries and time to explore at leisure.
  • Early departure toward the Colca Canyon, crossing the Salinas y Aguada Blanca Reserve. Stop at the Volcano viewpoint (4,920 m).
  • Meeting and dinner with a family in Yanque.
  • On day 11, observation of condors in flight at Colca Canyon. Visit of the villages of Maca and Chivay, then road to Puno vía Lagunillas.
  • Boat excursion on Lake Titicaca. Visit to the Uros floating islands and Taquile Island, then return to Puno in the afternoon and night in Puno.
  • Early departure toward Sicuani with a visit to the Sillustani Chullpas.
  • A short visit to the Santiago Apostol temple  in Lampa.
  • A trek around the Tinajani Canyon, a natural marvel.
  • Stops at La Raya (4,335 m) and Pucará.
  • Arrival in Sicuani and overnight there.
  • An excursion and easy trek to the Palccoyo Rainbow Mountain (approximately 2.5-hour round trip..
  • Visit to the church of Andahuaylillas, known as the “Sistine Chapel of the Andes.”
  • Road to Cusco and check-in at the hotel.
  • A full-guided Cusco visit. A walk around the historic centre. And guided tour of the  surrounding archaeological sites: Sacsayhuamán and Q’enqo.
  • A full day in the Sacred Valley: Pisac, Urubamba, and Ollantaytambo.
  • Tourist train to Aguas Calientes from Ollantaytambo and guided visit to the Machu Picchu site, symbol of Inca heritage. Train back to Ollantaytambo.
  • Return to Cusco via Moray, the Maras salt pans, and the village of Chinchero.
  • Visit of a local Andean artisan community.
  • On day 19, time to enjoy Cusco at one’s own pace.
  • Flight to Puerto Maldonado.
  • Navigation by boat to the lodge located on the banks of the river.
  • Night safari in search of caimans.
  • Excursion to Lake Sandoval and observation of Amazonian wildlife.
  • Meeting with a Machiguenga community shared time with them.
  • Morning observation of parrots at the clay lick.
  • Return to Puerto Maldonado and flight to Lima.
  • Navigation back to Puerto Maldonado.
