Upon your arrival at the airport, we’ll welcome you and take our transfer to your hotel. Over the first two days, you’ll get to indulge in a deep exploration on foot of Lima’s historic and colonial heart, a jewel of the Viceroyalty era. Our walking journey will show us places like the Plaza San Martín, the Cathedral of Lima, the Torre Tagle Palace, and splendid Hispanic heritage homes like the Osambela House. Our path continues through revered sites, including the churches of La Merced, San Pedro, and San Francisco.
As daylight shifts, further adventures await, with excursions to the vibrant district of Miraflores and the Barranco neighborhoods. Here, bohemian vibes and coastal charm entwine, culminating in a delectable gastronomic encounter to delight your senses.
We will take a flight to Arequipa, a city adorned with 17th-century Andean architectural gems. In this colonial White City, we’ll discover enchanting treasures like the Church of La Compañía, the Santa Catalina Monastery, the main Cathedral, and the Museum of Andean Sanctuaries. Savor the flavors of traditional picanterias and explore the vibrant San Camilo Market.
On our third day in Arequipa, the first part of our excursion to the Colca Valley awaits, which on its way, will allow us to encounter wildlife as well as to observe the vastness of a chain of volcanoes, some in activity. After lunch, a soothing dip in rejuvenating hot springs and time to relax. We will spend the night in the town of Cabanaconde at 3,300 meters above sea level.
Early morning after breakfast, we will depart towards Cruz del Condor, the viewpoint from where you can appreciate an impressive abyss at the bottom of which the Colca River winds its way offering the awe-inspiring spectacle of condors in flight. During morning hours, we will also have the chance to appreciate some pre-inca agricultural terraces, which are still used by the local inhabitants, and to visit the church of the town of Maca. After lunch our route continues through the Peruvian highlands to reach Puno with a few stops in specific places such as the Lagunillas viewpoint.
From here, we will sail by boat in the deep waters of Lake Titicaca. According to the legend, the birth of the Inca empire occurred when Manco Capac and Mama Ocllo emerged from the depths of the water. We’ll first reach the Uros Islands, where customs and traditions generate the curiosity of visitors. Soon after, we will continue the sailing experience to reach Taquile Island to meet its inhabitants, with whom we will have lunch and spend time together, and get closer to the local’s activities on the island until the next day.
Back in Puno, we will discover the mystical Chucuito and its Inca Uyo fertility temple, and the three-dimensional Aramu Muru door in the middle of a mystical place in the altiplano. Additionally, we will visit the city center of Puno, its viewpoint, the Sillustani chullpas and have a night of dances in the capital of Peruvian folklore.
On day 10 and 11, we cross the altiplano towards Cusco, the imperial city. On our way, we will visit the small artisan town of Pucara, known for their famous and popular “toritos” (bulls). Shortly after, the “Raya route” will first take us to reach by car the highest point of the whole trip at the Vilcanota knot. After lunch, the Inca archaeological park of Raqchi awaits, where a large temple in honor of the Inca divinity Viracocha can be found. The day will end at Checacupe, a town within the Cusco region and the best resting point to get to Vinicunca, the mountain of seven colors.
The day after, we will hike and explore this splendid mountain and its breathtaking views, and continue our route, in which we will also have the chance to get inside the church of Andahuaylillas, a hidden treasure in Latin America and the Sistine Chapel of the Andes. We will arrive in Cusco by noon.
Cusco is the political and religious capital and the vibrant heart of the Inca empire. A place where time stands still amid awe-inspiring architecture that echoes centuries of history. During our time here, we will visit the heart of the city, its cobbled streets and some hidden gems. Behold the Plaza de Armas and its Cathedral, an architectural marvel rising from the Viracocha palace, while the enigmatic 12-angled stone and the legendary Coricancha, the Temple of the Sun, transport you to a bygone era.
The route also includes a visit to the outskirts of the city, to visit places such as Sacsayhuaman, a megalithic stone fortress, and the sacred sanctuaries of Qenqo Pucapucara, and Tambomachay.
We will also get to enjoy time at the Sacred Valley, a place with an energy so unique that will make you feel like time could stop. Delve into the vibrant ambiance of Pisac’s bustling market and explore its historic fortress. Experience the grandeur of Ollantaytambo’s fortress, a testament to ancient engineering marvels. Our journey includes as well the captivating salt mines of Maras, the fascinating Inca terraces of Moray, and the charming old town of Chincheros.
Also, brace yourself for a full day dedicated to visit the enigmatic and stunning wonder of Machu Picchu– where a scenic train ride will be followed by an immersive exploration of every nook and cranny of the citadel on foot.
As our adventure draws to a close in Cusco, you’ll have a whole day to roam at your leisure, savoring the city’s charm and collecting memories that will linger long after this journey ends.
The return to the city of Lima and the day’s activities will be scheduled based on your international flight or the additional services acquired.

Bienvenida en el aeropuerto de Lima. Tiempo para acomodarse en el hotel. Durante estos días aprovecharemos para disfrutar de la ciudad de los reyes y tres de sus caras: la colonial, la moderna y la bohemia. Realizamos una visita a pie del centro histórico para visitar la plaza San Martín, el Jirón de la Unión, el Palacio Torre Tagle, las casas Osambela y Aliaga, las iglesias de la Merced, San Pedro, y San Francisco; y la plaza de Armas donde encontraremos la Catedral de Lima y el Palacio de Gobierno. Además disfrutaremos de tiempo junto al mar y de varias paradas para probar la gastronomía local.
Tomaremos un vuelo hacia Arequipa, una ciudad que conserva muchas joyas de arquitectura andina de los siglos XVII. Aquí conoceremos los encantos de la Ciudad Blanca colonial, como la Iglesia de la Compañía, el Monasterio de Santa Catalina, la Catedral y el Museo de los Santuarios Antiguos. Disfrutaremos de la comida de las picanterías tradicionales y conoceremos el Mercado de San Camilo.
También tendremos una excursión al Valle del Colca para ver el majestuoso vuelo del cóndor y relajarnos en sus aguas termales.
Pasaremos por el altiplano peruano para llegar a Puno, a orillas del lago Titicaca. Desde aquí navegaremos al encuentro de los habitantes de las Islas flotantes de los Uros y a la isla Taquile, un lugar para encontrar paz, belleza y cultura viva de otro tiempo. De regreso, descubriremos el místico Chucuito y su parque de la fertilidad Inca Uyo, y la puerta tridimensional Aramu Muru en medio de un lugar místico. Además, conoceremos la ciudad, las chullpas de Sillustani y tendremos una noche de danzas en la capital del folklore peruano.
Atravesamos el altiplano en dirección a Cusco, la ciudad imperial. Visitaremos el pueblito artesano de Pucará, y el parque arqueológico Inca de Raqchi, donde se aprecia un gran templo en honor a la divinidad inca Viracocha. Paramos en Checacupe, punto de partida para salir hacia Vinicunca, la montaña de siete colores. Terminaremos por la visita al pueblo e iglesia de Andahuaylillas que tiene hermosos retablos en pan de oro y lienzos de la escuela cusqueña, un tesoro escondido en América.
Llegamos a Cusco, capital política y religiosa del imperio Inca que, pese al paso de los años conserva en su arquitectura manifestaciones de ese legado. Durante este tiempo recorreremos la ciudad, lugares turísticos, las calles empedradas y también joyas escondidas. La Plaza de Armas y su catedral construida sobre el palacio Viracocha, la piedra de los 12 ángulos y el Templo del Sol Coricancha nos harán trasladarnos a otro tiempo. A las afueras, encontraremos Sacsayhuamán, una fortaleza de piedras megalíticas; y los templos de iniciación religiosa Qenqo y Tambomachay. También disfrutaremos recorriendo el Valle Sagrado, un lugar con una energía y belleza única y en él, descubriremos Pisac con su colorido mercado; y la fortaleza de Ollantaytambo. Haremos un stop en las salineras de Maras, y las terrazas de Moray; y más tarde, otra parada en el pueblo de Chincheros para conocer a los tejedores naturales de lana. Además, durante un día entero, partiremos hacia Machu Picchu en tren y recorreremos la ciudadela a pie o subir a la cima del Wayna Picchu para descubrir cada rincón de este enigmático lugar. En Cusco tendremos todo un día libre para pasear por la ciudad a ritmo propio y así seguir coleccionando recuerdos para finalizar nuestro recorrido.
Programaremos el retorno a la ciudad de Lima y las actividades del día en función de su vuelo internacional o de los servicios adicionales contratados.
