Welcome at the Santiago de Chile airport and transfer to the hotel. During these days we visit places around this city surrounded by mountains to understand the capital’s spirit founded in 1541, such as the Plaza de Armas, the House of La Moneda, the Palace of the Royal Audience, the Cathedral and the house of the worldwide known poet Pablo Neruda.
We will take advantage of one day on an excursion to Viña del Mar and to Valparaiso to admire this coastal city with its bohemian air and colorful scenery, in the middle of a unique atmosphere, as well as a wine tasting experience in one spectacular bodega.
We will take a flight to Calama. Our route through Atacama’s desert includes a visit to the Valley of the Moon, the spectacular Tatio Geysers, the towns of Machuca and San Pedro, and the Valley of Mars which lies at the foot of the Chilean volcanic mountain range.
We will also have time to enjoy and relax in natural thermal springs at more than 4,500m above sea level after a day of exploration.
We will cross the border to Bolivia at Hito Cajón to discover the beauty of the altiplano in the Dali desert, the Rock tree, the Geysers of Sol de Mañana, the natural hot springs of Polques, and the Colorada and Verde lagoons, among others, with their bright pink flamingos within the whole Sud Lipez area.
The route also includes a visit to the Galaxy Cave, and the city of San Pedro de Quemez. The next day, we will head to visit a train cemetery from 1890, to then make way to the impressive and vast Uyuni salt flat, where we will sleep in a hotel built in salt, jump on a 4×4, stargaze at the Milky Way, and watch the sunrise in this one of a kind place in the whole world.
We will depart from Uyuni in direction towards the colonial and mining town of Potosi, resting at the foot of Rico hill, the silver mountain that was Spain’s pride in the 17th century, and delve into the mining industry with a visit to the inside of Rico hill.
A few hours later, the journey continues to Sucre, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its colonial and republican white architecture. During two full days, we will immerse ourselves into its pristine streets and relaxed energy, and visit sites of historical and cultural relevance such as the San Felipe Neri Monastery, the Ethnographic Textile Museum, the Plaza 25 de Mayo, and the Tarabuco indigenous market.
In addition, there will be free time in the city to enjoy the charm of this place at your own pace.
We will take a flight to La Paz, a city where the fusion of Hispanic, Quechua, and Aymara influences is easily noticeable. Here, we will explore iconic sites such as the Basilica of San Francisco, Jaen Street, Plaza Murillo, and enjoy a cable car ride to gain a panoramic view of this metropolis. Our exploration of La Paz also includes a visit to the intriguing and bizarre Witches’ Market, immersing us in the world of local beliefs. Furthermore, we’ll venture to the protected area of the Devil’s Molar, once a volcano, to savor some tranquility and nature. In the evening, we’ll be treated to a colorful show featuring the famous “fighting cholitas.”
Departing from La Paz early in the morning, we will travel by land to Copacabana, a city immersed in profound religious and Andean beliefs. Amidst this enchantment, we’ll explore its bustling market and the Sanctuary, the origin of the famous Virgin of Candelaria’s pilgrimage. Afterwards, we’ll board a boat from the pier to sail to Isla del Sol, where we will spend a full day and sleep in the heart of Challapampa village, hosted by a local resident. Ascending the Yumani steps, we will reach the Fountain of Youth, a testament to ancient allure. As dawn breaks the next day, we’ll witness the sun illuminate this captivating and peaceful paradise, while also engaging with the local population.
Today, we cross the Peruvian border, visiting the town of Juli on our way to Puno. In Juli, we’ll explore the portal of Aramu-muru, believed to connect with the spirit world, and a place said to have safeguarded the great “Golden Disc” of the Inca Empire. Continuing along the lake’s shores, we’ll arrive in the town of Chucuito to visit the Temple of Fertility. In the evening, we’ll be treated to a show of popular dances, including the “Diablada” and the “Saya.”
Over the next two days, our journey unfolds towards the enchanting city of Cusco. We’ll begin by learning about the Sillustani chullpas and later pay homage to history at the Inca temple of Raqchi. Our route also takes us through the craftsman’s town of Pucará, known for its intricately adorned doorways featuring miniature “toritos” (bulls made of clay). As the sun sets, we’ll find respite in the charming town of Checacupe. The following morning, our expedition to Vinicunca mountain awaits, where we’ll be treated to impressive vibrant hues due to the unique soil composition. After lunch, we’ll have the chance to explore the historic Andahuaylillas church, a 17th-century gem showcasing exquisite artistry and devotion. Finally, we’ll arrive in Cusco by noon.
Cusco, once the political and religious capital of the Inca Empire, holds centuries of history within its streets. During our stay, we’ll wander through the city center and its cobblestone streets, starting with the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, and other historic sites like the mysterious 12-angled stone, Nazarenas Plaza, and Coricancha Temple of the Sun. Our exploration extends beyond the city limits, encompassing sites like Sacsayhuaman and the sanctuaries of Qenqo, Pucapucara, and Tambomachay. Additionally, we’ll immerse ourselves in the heart of the Sacred Valley, where we’ll uncover the historic fortresses of Pisac and Ollantaytambo, and have time to get lost into their bustling markets.
Next, we’ll take a train to Aguas Calientes, the village at the base of Machu Picchu and head to our hotel for the night. The following morning, a shuttle will transport all visitors to the entrance, providing around 3 hours for a guided exploration of the enigmatic citadel on foot, and during the afternoon, a free time to relax around. Afterward, our adventure continues with a train ride back to Ollantaytambo village in the Sacred Valley, followed by visits to the Maras salt mines, the intriguing Moray terraces, and the charming old town of Chincheros, before returning to Cusco. Here, you’ll have a day to spend at your own pace, capturing memories that will last a lifetime.
We will take a flight to Lima, where our guide will lead us on a full day of exploring the colonial city center. We’ll visit major landmarks such as the Plaza de Armas, the main Cathedral, Plaza San Martin, and stroll along the Jirón de la Unión boulevard. Additionally, we’ll tour three important churches in the center of Lima: San Pedro, La Merced, and San Francisco. In the afternoon, we’ll enjoy some time by the sea in the Miraflores and Barranco districts.
However, a trip to Lima wouldn’t be complete without savoring Peruvian cuisine. Prepare your taste buds for an enchanting symphony of flavors as we visit gastronomic spots, immersing ourselves in this rising culinary destination.
On the last day, we will arrange transportation to the airport, considering the timing of your international flight.

Bienvenida en el aeropuerto de Santiago de Chile. Durante estos días visitamos lugares alrededor de esta ciudad rodeada de montañas para entender el espíritu de la capital, como la Plaza de Armas, la Casa de la Moneda, el Palacio de la Real Audiencia, la Catedral y la casa del poeta Pablo Neruda. Aprovecharemos un día en Valparaíso para admirar esta ciudad costera de aire bohemio y escenarios coloridos, en medio de una atmósfera única.
Tomaremos un vuelo hacia Calama. Nuestra ruta por el desierto de Atacama incluye la visita al Valle de la Luna, los géiseres del Tatio, el pueblo de Machuca y el Valle de Marte a los pies de la cordillera volcánica.
Cruzaremos la frontera hacia Bolivia para descubrir la belleza del altiplano en el desierto de Dalí, los geisers del Sol de Mañana, las piscinas termales y la laguna Colorada con sus flamencos rosas. Visitaremos un cementerio de trenes de 1890, para luego dar paso al impresionante y vasto salar de Uyuni, en el que dormiremos en un hotel construido en sal y veremos el amanecer.
Saldremos de Uyuni para dirigirnos hacia el pueblo colonial y minero de Potosí, al pie de Cerro Rico, la montaña de plata que fuera el orgullo de España del siglo XVII, y tendremos una experiencia en la minera visitando el interior de Cerro Rico.
Partiremos hacia Sucre, galardonada como patrimonio cultural de la Humanidad por su arquitectura colonial y republicana. Visitaremos espacios emblemáticos de la ciudad como el Monasterio San Felipe de Neri, el Museo Etnográfico Textil, la Plaza 25 de Mayo y el mercado indígena de Tarabuco. Además habrá tiempo libre en la ciudad para disfrutar a propio ritmo el encanto de este lugar.
Tomaremos un avión hacia La Paz, ciudad donde se hace evidente el mestizaje hispano, quechua y aymara. Visitaremos la ciudad y sus lugares más icónicos, como la Basílica de San Francisco, la famosa Calle Jaén, la Plaza Murillo, así como un paseo en teleférico para ver la ciudad desde lo alto. Tendremos un stop en el peculiar mercado de las Brujas, en el que descubriremos el mundo del curanderismo. También haremos una visita al área protegida de la Muela del Diablo para disfrutar de un poco de tranquilidad y naturaleza. Finalmente disfrutaremos de un espectáculo gracias a las famosas cholitas luchadoras.
La ciudad de Copacabana nos acerca a un mundo de profundas creencias religiosas y andinas, y un misticismo vivo impresionante. Aquí visitaremos el mercado, el centro y el Santuario, punto de origen de la peregrinación de la Virgen de la Candelaria. Navegaremos el Lago Titicaca hasta la Isla del Sol para visitar el yacimiento arqueológico de Pilkokaina, subiremos por las escalinatas de Yumani y llegaremos hasta la Fuente de la juventud. Al día siguiente, veremos el amanecer en esta hermosa isla.
Este día cruzamos la frontera peruana. En el camino a Puno visitamos el pueblo de Juli donde veremos el portal de Aramu-muru, donde se encontraba el gran “disco de oro” del Coricancha. Pasaremos por el pueblo de Chucuito para conocer el templo de la fertilidad; y más adelante visitaremos las Chullpas de Sillustani. Por la noche, un espectáculo de danzas populares como la diablada o la saya.
Durante estos dos días tomaremos la ruta altiplánica que nos llevará hasta Cusco por tierra. En el camino, visitamos el templo Inca de Raqchi y el pueblo de Pucará, famoso por su artesanía y los toritos decorando cada puerta. Pasaremos la noche en el pueblo de Checacupe, y a la mañana siguiente haremos la caminata hacia Vinicunca, la montaña de colores. Más tarde, conoceremos la iglesia de Andahuaylillas, una joya religiosa del siglo XVII conocida como la Sixtina de América y tiempo de descanso al borde del río.
Partiremos hacia Cusco, capital política y religiosa del imperio Inca. Durante este tiempo recorreremos la ciudad y sus lugares emblemáticos, como la plaza de armas y el templo Coricancha para trasladarnos a otro tiempo. A las afueras, encontraremos Sacsayhuamán, una fortaleza de piedras megalíticas; y los templos de Qenqo y Tambomachay. Pasaremos tiempo en el Valle Sagrado, un lugar con una energía y belleza única y en él, descubriremos Pisac con su colorido mercado; y la fortaleza de Ollantaytambo. Haremos un stop en las salineras de Maras, y Moray; y más tarde, otra parada en el pueblo de Chincheros. Además, durante un día entero, partiremos hacia Machu Picchu en tren y recorreremos la ciudadela a pie para descubrir cada rincón de este enigmático lugar. En Cusco tendremos todo un día libre para ir a propio ritmo por donde nos apetezca y seguir coleccionando recuerdos.
Llegaremos a Lima por la mañana y tendremos todo el día para disfrutar de la ciudad de los reyes. Haremos un recorrido por el centro de la ciudad colonial. Conoceremos las iglesias de San Pedro, La Merced, San Francisco; la Plaza Mayor y la plaza San Martín, las casonas y sus balcones de los años 1700. Todo este recorrido también incluye paradas estratégicas para probar la comida de la capital gastronómica de América Latina.
